Judy Houstom Norris serves as the Executive Administrator of Emerge Life Events. Her passion is evangelistic outreach which began over 25 years ago. She is a certified and ordained minister and chaplain of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  She is also a small business owner of 20 years. Maintaining her businesses are extremely helpful in making sure the organizational structure of Emerge Ministries efficiently supports the vision, purpose and mission of the ministry. She uses these skills managing Emerge Life Events prison ministry.
