Emerge has been working diligently four (4) years with public officials in the 4th Judicial District to establish the Emerge Skills4life and the Community Assessment & ReentryEmpowerment (CARE) programs in Detention Centers. When implemented, the community can save hundreds of lives and bring positive change to thousands of individual lives in Duplin, Sampson, Onslow, and Jones County. Also, save taxpayers 1.25 million dollars every three years in each county. I implore you to join us. Come be "A Voice".
