Georgia Wildfire Disaster Relief ACA Chaplain Registration

Please review the following instructions before completing this form.

This form is used to request participation as a chaplain volunteer for Emerge Ministries Georgia Wildfire Disaster Relief Efforts. All applicants must be currently certified chaplains through the a chaplaincy organization You will need to enter your contact information, select your availability for a one-week service period (Saturday is the designated rotation day), and upload a valid chaplain badge. The badge is required for acceptance and must be uploaded with your submission. If you do not bring your chaplain badge, you will not be permitted to serve in any capacity.


Housing and meals will be provided during your time of service. You are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing for the week, personal toiletries, towels, and sleeping items (cot or inflatable bedding recommended).


Space is limited and scheduled on a daily capacity basis. Submitting this form does not guarantee placement until confirmed.


All chaplains are required to follow conduct guidelines, including a strict no social media zero tolerance policy and confidentiality expectations. A more in-depth explanation of all rules, regulations, and expectations will be provided in your confirmation email.
