*UPDATE PLEASE READ*

We have had many groups of volunteers and supply drop-offs. Both are greatly appreciated! However, due to this we will now have 2 categories for signing up being: Volunteering and Supply Drop Off. If you are a volunteer you are welcome to bring supplies. If you sign up for supply drop off we expect you to arrive and depart the same day. This is so that we can coordinate our housing availability effectively.

Click which option applies to you (and/or your group).

*NOTICE*

We are currently halting all supply donations until October 19th 2024. This is due to the abundance of supplies that everyone has given us and we are so grateful for that. We want to encourage you and your groups to continue gathering supplies so that when the time comes and we need more supplies you will be ready!

*Volunteering*

The cut off date for volunteering is November 29th. If you select an arrival date or a departure date past Nov 29th you will not be able to submit the form.
