Finding True Belonging: A Testimony of Faith The recent visit with the youth & adult women behind bars was a journey that reshaped my perspective and deeply moved my heart. While the initial goal was to provide encouragement, the experience of witnessing their spirit and eagerness resulted in a profound sense of personal blessing. Spending time with these young individuals, their openness to dialogue and shared learning was remarkable. Throughout the discussions, a clear theme emerged: a significant number of these youth are seeking genuine care and a sense of true belonging. They expressed a deep-seated desire for supportive environments and meaningful connections with family and community.

Seeing their enthusiasm for positive mentorship and their hope for stable, caring foundations was truly inspiring. It served as a powerful reminder of the impact that compassion and faith-based support can have. The experience highlighted that every young &adult person thrives when they feel seen and supported by a community that values their potential and future. The Lord has taught me to never give up on anyone. He never gave up on me!
