After hours of troubleshooting, he finally got everything working so the trailer can now be used to haul framing materials and a mini excavator for home construction in Western North Carolina. Dr. Norris shares how even the most frustrating days produce fruit when they serve a greater purpose, and he expresses deep gratitude for the Emerge team and volunteers who make it all possible.
